When we set out to start our practice 2 years ago, we wanted to change the culture of medicine. We wanted to develop a culture that recognized the contributions and value of each member of our team. In the beginning, we held a retreat with not only our surgeons, but also our APRN, MA’s, RVT’s and office staff. We discussed our core values. And we as a team developed our mission statement. We are proud of all we have accomplished the last two years as a team for the greater good of our patients.
