If your s*x drive has changed, you’re not broken. And you’re definitely not alone.

We hear this question all the time.

There are real, physical reasons your libido might shift, and most of them have nothing to do with “just getting older” or something being wrong with you.

It could be:
• Hormone changes (including perimenopause or postpartum)
• Stress and mental load
• Medications or birth control
• Sleep issues or fatigue
• Pain or discomfort during s*x

Sometimes it’s one thing. Sometimes it’s a few things layering together.

Here’s what matters most: you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

This is exactly the kind of conversation we have every day, and there is nothing awkward or off-limits about it.

At The Woman’s Clinic in Little Rock, our SPARC program was built for questions like this. Real answers, no judgment, and options that actually make sense for your life.

If this has been sitting in the back of your mind for a while, you’re allowed to bring it up.

We’re here when you’re ready. 💜

Pregnancy comes with a lot of advice, and honestly, it can feel like a lot to keep up with. Let’s simplify it.

Taking care of yourself during pregnancy does not have to be complicated. The basics truly matter most.

• Take a daily prenatal vitamin with folic acid
• Aim for balanced meals with protein, fruits, and vegetables
• Stay hydrated throughout the day
• Move your body in ways that feel good, like walking or swimming
• Keep up with your prenatal visits

And just as important, know what to avoid. Alcohol, smoking, raw or undercooked foods, and certain environmental exposures can impact your pregnancy, so it is worth being mindful.

You may also notice changes like nausea, fatigue, or heartburn. These are common, and there are simple ways to manage them so you can feel more comfortable day to day.

The goal is not perfection. It is support, consistency, and making choices that help you and your baby stay healthy.

If you have questions or just want reassurance that you are on the right track, we at The Woman's Clinic are here to walk you through it. 💜
