Utopia Empowerment Center The Utopia Empowerment Center, a safe space operated by the Arkansas Black Gay Men's Forum. A free computer lab and conference room space open to the community.

The Utopia Empowerment Center is dedicated to uplifting Arkansas through our Health & Wellness Program — offering holistic services, a community food pantry, and literacy support to promote overall well-being and empowerment This location houses Community Health Workers and Peer Mentors who provide testing, education, and linkage to HIV care for Central Arkansas. Our office is accessed from the back of the building with two blue awnings. Please call ahead, for Clothing and Food pantry assistance as most services are by appointment only.

Your insight will help to generate a greater understanding of Arkansas parents’ preferences, needs, thoughts, and experiences related to sexual education for adolescents. Research participants must be 18 years of age or older, a parent or legal guardian (of a person of any age), and a resident of Arkansas.
