1. Select patient
2. Click 3 horizontal bars at top left corner
3. Search ā€œImmā€
4. Click ā€˜printable immunization recordā€™

Weā€™re into week 3 of Epic and we appreciate our families being patient with us as we navigate this great change!

Our phones are very busy right now, and weā€™re able to process MyChart requests more quickly than phone messages.

Steps to adding us as an organization if you already have an Arkansas Childrenā€™s Hospital MyChart account (doesnā€™t apply to Baptist or UAMS MyChart accounts as those are separate instance).
1. Open MyChart app *donā€™t log in*.
2. Swipe to the right until you see a globe.
3. Click ā€˜Add Organizationā€™.
4. Type in ā€œAllā€.
5. Scroll down until you see our All For Kids Pediatric clinic logo.
6. ā€˜Add selected organizationā€™
7. Log in using your same username and password
8. Contact our front desk if you have any questions!
