🌞 Beat the Heat, One Sip at a Time! 💧

July in Arkansas means sunshine, sweat, and serious hydration needs—especially for our busy, growing kids! 🧃💦 Whether they’re splashing in the sprinkler, running through the yard, or heading to summer camp, don’t forget to fuel their fun with water-rich snacks and frequent sips throughout the day.

✅ Hydration Tips for Kids:
• Offer water at every meal and snack 🥤
• Keep a refillable bottle handy when on the go 🚗
• Mix it up with fruit-infused water or homemade popsicles 🍓🍋
• Watch for signs of dehydration: dry mouth, fatigue, or fewer wet diapers

✨ Pro Tip: Offer fruits like watermelon, strawberries, and cucumbers—they're over 90% water!
