Today we celebrate Faiza Samad as she was chosen as Supermom’s 2024 for AY’s Arkansas magazine.

Faiza is married to our CEO Ahmed Samad and they have three beautiful children.

Growing up, Faiza Samad was always close to her mother, and having three children of her own has given her a more profound appreciation for all the duties — and joys — that role entails. Now, she said she is fortunate to have both her own mother and her mother-in-law as influences. Drawing on their examples, Samad hopes above all to leave a positive legacy for her children, and she believes that the most valuable things they can inherit from her are the “intangible treasures,” such as precious memories, strong characters and a deep sense of charity. She knows that her children look to her for guidance, and she cherishes that responsibility. “I can truly say that being a mother has been my life’s greatest role!” she said.

Moms are special. They welcome us to the world, watch us grow, sing us to sleep, and bandage our knees and elbows.

Local Artist Meikel Church Collage will be showcasing his work at our upcoming open house on Thursday, March 14th. We are honored to share his work at our clinic.

Michael (Meikel) Church (he/him/his) is an LGBTQ+ Mixed-media artist based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. His work is autobiographical and attempts to connect his present with his past. As an artist he has taught himself through sharing and exhibiting his work to accept, and celebrate who he is. His work has evolved from very simple collage to intricate mixed-media fine artwork. The goal of his work is to create a combination of southern Americana and imaginative surrealism. His work has been published (magazines, album covers, book covers) and exhibited (i.e. museums, art galleries) both nationally, and internationally.
