Fertility services include treatments for Endometriosis, Blocked Tubes, Pelvic adhesions, Low S***m Counts, Anovulation (help you to produce eggs with fertility drugs), Intrauterine Inseminations, and Tubal Ligation Reversal (This is done as an outpatient and we will meet or beat any price in Arkansas.) Gynecology problems treated include heavy, painful, irregular or no periods, Uterine Abnormalities like Fibroids, Adhesions, Polyps or Septum, pelvic pain, tubal ligation, annual exams, etc. Dr. Miller specializes in outpatient, minimally invasive surgeries such as Laparoscopic Myomectomy (He has performed more of these than anyone in Arkansas) as an alternative to Hysterectomy that will preserve your Uterus and Fertility. In addition, while we specialize in providing effective alternatives to Hysterectomy, if you do need a Hysterectomy, we perform the vast majority of hysterectomies as an outpatient through the Laparoscope, using the DaVinci Robot, Laser and other technologies when appropriate.
