Katherine Thomas, RN, started her nursing career at Arkansas Children’s in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. During her 30-year career, she has had many roles in the medical field but has found her true love in aesthetic medicine.

Arkansas Aesthetics was founded twelve years ago on the genuine belief that the most important thing we can deliver is not only physical improvements but also increased self-confidence.

As an industry leader in aesthetics, Katherine trains medical professionals on both Galderma Aesthetics and Allergan products, the two largest cosmetic medical injectables in the United States.

Dissolve or work with what you have??
We decided not to dissolve
because I was confident I could mask the issues.
If, when I started to inject, I noticed more filler would only make them worse. I would have stopped.
This beauty has had her lips injected four times, and you can see that filler is migrating above her upper lip. The only way you can have migration on the upper lip is when too much filler is placed. The filler is pushed up and out to the white part. Filler has mass and gravity can pull it down. It won’t travel without pressure pushing it up.
The natural shape of her bottom lip was not followed. Too much filler was injected into the lateral sides of the lip.
Doing this will make the lip look like a tube.
Each pair of lips I treat is customized to the patient. My goal is to maintain the natural shape of lip. I will never add to much filler that with distort or damage the lips.👄

This beauty moved to NYC to start her residency. She couldn't find anyone that trusted for injections. I'm so grateful that she came back to LR for me to inject her.😍

She likes her lips juicy!!👄
I am a Natural injector, but I’m not afraid of a big lip , DONE CORRECTLY. 💯🔑

Her face and lips can handle more filler…. It fits her perfectly.
Theses lips are God given on the juicy side. 😍
I didn’t have to force them to do anything they aren’t anatomically able to do.🤩

That’s when you can get into trouble forcing lips to do something they aren’t made to do. 💯

Every pair of lips I inject are customized for each patient.

Her lips are juicy, but look closely…… there is no migration or any shape distortion. If there was I would have told her no more filler !
I will never do anything that's....

👄 That won’t look appropriate on you.
👄 That your lips can’t handle without distorting.
