Dissolve or work with what you have??
We decided not to dissolve
because I was confident I could mask the issues.
If, when I started to inject, I noticed more filler would only make them worse. I would have stopped.
This beauty has had her lips injected four times, and you can see that filler is migrating above her upper lip. The only way you can have migration on the upper lip is when too much filler is placed. The filler is pushed up and out to the white part. Filler has mass and gravity can pull it down. It won’t travel without pressure pushing it up.
The natural shape of her bottom lip was not followed. Too much filler was injected into the lateral sides of the lip.
Doing this will make the lip look like a tube.
Each pair of lips I treat is customized to the patient. My goal is to maintain the natural shape of lip. I will never add to much filler that with distort or damage the lips.👄
