Something special is coming next week.

Over the past several years, Synergy Saturday has grown from a simple idea into a community movement — neighbors helping neighbors learn their health numbers and take steps toward wellness.

Next week, we’ll be sharing something that celebrates this journey and the people who made it possible.

Stay tuned. 🧡💚

🎉 A Major Milestone for Our Community!

This past Saturday, Synergy Saturday officially surpassed 25,000 free health screenings, reaching an all-time total of 25,102 screenings on February 28, 2026.

That means our community has received more than $2.5 million in preventive health services — without billing patients, Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance.

But this milestone isn’t just about numbers.

It represents 25,102 moments where someone chose to learn more about their health.

25,102 opportunities for early detection.

25,102 chances to prevent a crisis before it happens.

At Synergy Saturday, we believe preventive care should be accessible, educational, and community-driven. Through free screenings, patient navigation, and experiential learning for students, we are working together to create a new pathway to healthcare.

🙏 Thank you to every volunteer, student, partner, donor, and participant who made this milestone possible. This achievement belongs to all of you.

And we’re just getting started.

❤️ Help us reach the next 25,000.

Grateful moments at Rotary Club of Little Rock with longtime friend and fellow Rotarian Pamela Smith — a trusted voice in our community and now helping shape the future of students through her leadership with the Little Rock School District.

From the newsroom to public service, her heart for people has always led the way. Proud to serve alongside leaders who use their gifts to uplift others.

Service Above Self — always. 🙌🏽✨

Service looks good in every role.

Grateful to serve as an usher (one of our newest ways to support the flow of meetings) alongside fellow Rotarian Valerie Erkman and our fearless president, Mitch Bettis, at Rotary Club of Little Rock, Club 99.

No title too small. No task too large. That’s Service Above Self in action.

The journey continues. 🙌🏽✨

Grateful for the honor of welcoming Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. and his lovely wife, Natalie, to visit with our patients, preceptor, and healthcare student volunteers at Synergy Saturday.

When leaders show up in person for the people, especially on a Saturday, it says everything.

For years, we’ve quietly shown up for our neighbors — offering free health screenings, guidance, and hope to families who might otherwise go without care.

Now, our story is stepping into the light.

I’m honored to be featured by the Rotary Club of Little Rock, Club 99, for this year’s Building Arkansas campaign — highlighting leaders who are strengthening our state from the ground up.

But this isn’t about me.
It’s about what happens when a community decides to take care of its own.

Through Synergy Saturday, we’re proving that community-funded, preventive care can remove barriers, restore dignity, and change lives — one Saturday at a time.

Collaborative HealthCare Every Saturday

Synergy Saturday is a weekly pop-up style wellness event with free health screenings, giveaways, health-education handouts, and risk assessments to reverse poor health and poverty. In addition, Synergy Saturday offers free Medicare consultation from licensed insurance professionals.

Screenings save lives! Health screenings catch diseases, illnesses or potential causes in earliest stages when either treatment, an all-natural supplement, or simple lifestyle change has its greatest chance for success. Because our free health screenings have a minimum per-person value of $100, it can be said that for every $100 raised a life is saved! Our participants are empowered by knowing their numbers for the sake of their health and healthy lifestyles. Synergy Saturday encourages its participants to lead healthier, longer, and more productive lives. Our proactive approach is simply to invest in the health of others in efforts to trim healthcare costs and improve communal productivity ... the synergy of life. Synergy Saturday, a 501(c)(3) exempt organization, is the world's first weekly inter-professional pop-up style screening event. It helps people to connect the dots with their screening numbers to draw and see a complete picture of better health. Our name represents our collaborative efforts in population health each Saturday. We are your advocates and innovative solution for affordable, functional and preventative health.

Synergy Saturday is the 2019 Minority Support Organization of the Year winner. Larry Freeman, CEO/Founder, is the 2020 Nonprofit Executive of the Year and 2020 Healthcare Heroes Community Outreach of the Year winner.
