More often than not, the difference between success and failure can be tweaked by making small changes in your daily attitude and routine. If a workout routine isn't yielding you the results you are looking for, we all know you need to make adjustments to your routine. This applies to life as well: if you aren't happy with where you are at, assess small improvements you can make daily and fix them!
