Dentist Dr. Ned Alley (right) and dental hygienist Kim Craig (left) extract a tooth from David James of North Little Rock on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, during the third annual Operation Stand Down at Alley’s office in Little Rock. Alley and seven other dentists donated their time on Friday to provide free dental work to about 35 veterans.
