Uterine fibroids are a common women’s health concern. These benign tumors can grow quite large—sometimes reaching the size of a grapefruit (10–15 cm). While it’s common for fibroids to shrink some naturally after menopause, but doctors often recommend removal once they reach 5–6 cm in size. There is no medicine to treat it .

If you’re seeking a more natural approach, acupuncture and Chinese medicine can be highly effective in reducing fibroid size. In fact, we’ve seen success in few individual cases where acupuncture and herbs significantly reduced the size of fibroids —without surgery
On 6/23/25 We had seen a woman who on June 23, we had a patient with a grapefruit size fibroid. Her abdomen resembled a belly of someone who was 6 months pregnant. After 2 sessions the size was reduced by half. In 2012 we also treated her for 8 months was able to treat her with acupuncture and herbs and her fibroids were completely gone.

The second case, the fibroid of another patient was 11 cm in size and after 1 year of treatment the fibroid was gone.
Another case had a 15 cm fibroid, after a few sessions with acupuncture she got pregnant. We took care of her throughout her pregnancy and she successfully delivered a healthy baby.

Recently we saw and got good results for a patient with chronic kidney disease. A lady whose kidney function (eGFR) was 53ml/min/1.73m2 in February, is now back in the normal range at 96 in May with her only treatment being acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

We also work to balance other system problems such as cholesterol, Blood pressure, and other heart related problems. She wanted us to share the joy of her good news with everyone else and spread the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine!

How to make herb tea for our clinic visitors that is good to clear lungs, detox, relieve hives, and reduce fever.
The ingredients are herbs from my garden : peppermint , Perilla , burduck mugwort, and Ginger. Boil them in water for 30 minutes.
