The University of Arkansas System is excited to introduce the Annual Leave Exchange Program—a new optional benefit designed to support employees with student loan payments and enhance financial well-being.
Beginning March 1, 2026, eligible employees may exchange a portion of their accrued annual leave for cash reimbursements toward qualified student loan payments. Reimbursements are added to your paycheck as taxable income.
