ICM Independent Case Management, Inc. (ICM) is a not-for-profit organization that provides in-home support.

ICM is a not-for-profit organization that provides home and community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and aging adults throughout the state of Arkansas. Created in 1988, ICM began as a pilot project in partnership with the State of Arkansas to implement a 1915c Medicaid home and community-based supports waiver for people with IDD. Today, ICM supports over 280 people with IDD and has approximately 600 employees. The majority of funding stems from Medicaid services that ICM provides to people with IDD within their homes and communities. Other state-wide services include therapies for children with autism, an innovative community center in Little Rock, foster care, and employment supports for people with IDD. To support pre-employment skill readiness, ICM owns and operates three retail stores in Little Rock and a fried pie manufacturing business in Prescott. The main administrative office is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Meet Cayden!

He has been a customer with ICM for several years and loves going into the community with his DSP staff. Cayden is a natural born entertainer and he is always looking for new ways to make others laugh. Cayden enjoys his choir, baseball, anime, and taking care of his many pets.

Cayden recently made a big accomplishment and has finished high school. He has already set a new goal and is working on finding a job next! Thank you, Cayden, for being such a kind, hardworking, and amazing member of ICM's family! 💜

At BRAVO (Bridging Recreational and Vocational Opportunities), every space is designed to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and thrive. From cooking in our fully furnished kitchen and doing laundry in our life skills room, to baking dog treats, staying active in our fitness area, and engaging with others in our main activity space, BRAVO is all about creating opportunities for independence and confidence.

Today, our customers are enjoying time in the technology area, exploring new ways to learn, connect, and express themselves through computers and interactive programs. It’s just one more example of how BRAVO helps bridge everyday experiences into meaningful skills for life. 💻💙

Our Story

ICM started in 1988 as a pilot funded by the state to implement individualized community supports provided in the setting of choice to those who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. We were the first organization in Arkansas doing so.

We began in a tiny home thirty years ago and have since expanded to serve in every county of Arkansas and have several administrative offices. We are able to meet your needs, no matter the location. Around 700 passionate employees reach over 300 clients through our vast programs that we have established.
