After many years of dedicated service, Dr Linda Rollins has decided to retire. While we understand that this news may come as a surprise, we want to assure you that your healthcare remains a top priority.
In light of Dr Rollins’ retirement, we are offering you an opportunity to transition your care to one of our highly qualified healthcare providers within our practice. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition, and we believe that you will receive the same level of personalized and attentive care from our other providers.
Alternatively, if you prefer to explore new primary care options outside of our practice, we understand and respect your decision. We are more than willing to assist you in transferring your medical records and providing any necessary information to help facilitate this process.
