✨Transformation Tuesday - Face and Neck Lift✨

This patient is now 9 months post-op following deep plane face and neck lift and 30% TCA chemical peel to lower eyelids. These follow up photos show a nice, stable result with rejuvenation of the nasolabial folds, jawline and neck with almost imperceptible scars.

✨ Before & After | 3 month Post-Op ✨

This patient felt her upper lip appeared thin and wanted to see more of her vermilion border. We performed an in-office upper lip lift with the addition of 1cc of lip filler to enhance shape and balance.

At 3 months, we see a fuller, more defined upper lip with improved balance between the upper and lower lips. The vermilion show is increased, the proportions are balanced, and her scar is now almost imperceptible.

This patient presented with concerns about breast volume and contour of her abdomen/trunk. She is shown here 6 weeks following breast augmentation with silicone breast implants and 360° lipoabdominoplasty.

She is still early in her recovery—swelling is continuing to resolve and scars are in the early phases of healing, which is why they appear pinkish-red. Results will continue to refine over the coming months as healing progresses.

✨ Before & After | 3 Months Post-Op ✨

After living with 25+ year-old saline breast implants, this patient came to us seeking improved comfort, balance, and confidence. Her implants were filled unevenly and had developed capsular contracture on the left side sides, with breast tissue sagging (ptosis) over the implants.

Dr. David A. Sterling, MD carefully removed the old implants and surrounding capsules, then replaced them with the same size smooth, round silicone implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) was also performed to balance her breast tissue over the implants and restore a more natural, symmetric shape.

At 3 months post-op, she’s healing beautifully with improved symmetry, softer contours, and a refreshed, natural silhouette.

⭐️Before and After⭐️

This patient is 2 months post-op following rhinoplasty performed to address left nostril notching after a prior Mohs procedure—one of the more challenging problems to correct in nasal surgery.

My approach focused on:
• Direct alar rim grafting to improve the nostril notch
• Tip restructuring to create a more balanced, aesthetic result and help visually “hide” the defect

While she is still early in the healing process and has some residual swelling, her results are already looking great—and most importantly, the patient is very happy.

Careful planning, structural support, and an artistic eye are critical when revising noses with prior surgical defects.
