✨ Before & After | 3 Months Post-Op ✨

After living with 25+ year-old saline breast implants, this patient came to us seeking improved comfort, balance, and confidence. Her implants were filled unevenly and had developed capsular contracture on the left side sides, with breast tissue sagging (ptosis) over the implants.

Dr. David A. Sterling, MD carefully removed the old implants and surrounding capsules, then replaced them with the same size smooth, round silicone implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) was also performed to balance her breast tissue over the implants and restore a more natural, symmetric shape.

At 3 months post-op, she’s healing beautifully with improved symmetry, softer contours, and a refreshed, natural silhouette.

⭐️Before and After⭐️

This patient is 2 months post-op following rhinoplasty performed to address left nostril notching after a prior Mohs procedure—one of the more challenging problems to correct in nasal surgery.

My approach focused on:
• Direct alar rim grafting to improve the nostril notch
• Tip restructuring to create a more balanced, aesthetic result and help visually “hide” the defect

While she is still early in the healing process and has some residual swelling, her results are already looking great—and most importantly, the patient is very happy.

Careful planning, structural support, and an artistic eye are critical when revising noses with prior surgical defects.

This 38-year-old patient first came to us in 2024 for removal of excess skin and tissue of abdomen following the loss of 15 pounds and requested a panniculectomy alone as she reported complaints of irritation under her abdominal pannus. At that time, she was 2 months out from liposuction of her abdomen with a Brazilian butt lift with another surgeon out of state. After allowing the patient 5 months to heal from the BBL, a panniculectomy was performed by Dr. David Sterling, MD.

Of note, 10 months after her panniculectomy, she had liposuction performed on her abdomen out of state. She is now over 1 year out from her panniculectomy with these photos depicting before and 13 months post-op from her original surgery with Dr. Sterling and 3 months from liposuction.
