Dean Rhoads met with some of our BSN students simply to get to know them better and continue building meaningful relationships. No matter how many letters are behind your name or none at all, the UAMS College of Nursing Dean, faculty, and staff are always ready to connect, listen, and walk alongside our students. These conversations are a friendly reminder that nursing is built on people first—and we are honored to be part of their journey.
