Our vascular technologist and physicians may initially perform a venous ultrasound and mapping to diagnose the level of vein disease. If we diagnose superficial venous insufficiency, insurance will typically pay for treatment, which may include VNUS Closure, endovenous laser ablation, phlebectomy and sclerotherapy injections.
