Hey and yoga peeps! What’s your favorite asana and why? I’ll start🙃

Parivrtta Eka Pada Sirsasana
This is one of my favorite poses because it feels so graceful and fluid. Sirsāsana is a must have in my daily practice and this variation requires concentration and integration. I feel very focused and accomplished when I add this variation to my inversion.

This month, I will feature our community members in their favorite poses. So, give it some thought! Can’t wait to share!
