If you’re looking for some relief, try a pelvic tilt exercise.
Start by lying on your back with your knees bent.
Next, tighten your stomach muscles and press the small of your back into the floor.
Hold for 5 seconds, relax, and repeat.

Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise!
