The meaning behind IAMA is simple yet unique it stands for I Am A whatever makes you feel unstoppable, fierce or amazing! Our mission is to make you feel amazing in your own natural skin or while wearing our cosmetics line that cares about your skin!

The woman behind IAMA.Artistry has been in the beauty industry for over a decade. During her younger years, she was a freelance makeup artist and graduate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Art in Speech Communication and a minor in Health Science.

After working 5 years in cooperate America and moving from Arkansas to Texas and then Illinois, she wanted to follow her passion of makeup and started her journey with Clinique. While working for Clinique her passion for skincare began to grow and she wanted to know more. After researching esthetics schools in Illinois, Armenthia enrolled at G Skin and Beauty to obtain her esthetics license and shortly after her instructor's license.

Along her journey of teaching esthetics, she because a mother to an amazing baby boy name Alijah.
