MEET THE TRAINER pt. 2
If you haven’t met her yet, HERE SHE IS! Jennifer is not only a trainer at the gym, she is also the gym manager and has been here for 16 years!
Jennifer has always had a passion for performance improvement, health, and wellness. Beginning her career at Health & Fitness in the Heights 16 years ago, she then pursued a bachelors of science at the University of Central Arkansas, graduating in 2010. She has been offering personal training for 8 years and health coaching for 10. Jennifer teaches our small group training classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Her favorite types of workouts are total body focused because she believes it is important to move all muscles to build a better physique. In her classes you can guarantee to leave sweating! You will experience a workout geared towards functional fitness and exercises that push your body to perform at its greatest effort. Outside of the gym, her passion for fitness does not die! Her hobbies include hiking, camping, and traveling. She enjoys anything outdoors; especially with her husband and 4 children. Jennifer choses to move her body every day to continue to grow and adapt to each stage of life.
