CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement done across broad time and modal domains." Our goal is improving fitness (and therefore general physical preparedness) We combine Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Metabolic Conditioning. CrossFit Classes:
5:30- 6:30 am
6:30- 7:30 am - Foundations M/F
12:00- 1:00 pm
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
4:30- 5:30 pm
5:30- 6:30 pm
6:30-7:30 pm - Foundations T/Th & Regular Classes M/W

New Cycle starts this week! "Power Strength Cycle" 💪🤸

Purpose:
Power connects what you’ve built with how fast you can use it. Heavy lifts paired with explosive movements train your nervous system to access strength quickly. This is the foundation for power and peak performance later in the year.

Why?
Strength alone isn’t enough. This cycle trains your nervous system to access that strength quickly, turning what you’ve built into usable, athletic power.
