Merry Christmas everyone I hope that you’ve had a wonderful time spending it with friends and family. This is the season for expressing love for everyone. I hope that you all got the things that you wanted but remember that the most wonderful thing that we can receive in love you can’t hold in your hand or see with your eyes.

You know with the holidays coming up it’s been my experience that people decide to go back out and get high. People want to celebrate or they want to cover up the pain of not being with a person or family member. I promise that you can do it and you are not alone. People in recovery will be there with open arms and have events on every holiday. We all get together to fellowship and celebrate together. With all the overdoses here recently and the high risk of it happening again please don’t make that an option. Call me my phone is (501) 830-8046 and it’s always on. If I don’t answer send a text I will get back to you. Through the holiday season and in life the recovery process is the most valuable process I’ve ever endured. It changed my life into so much more than I could ever have had internally. I love you guys and I am here should you need me.

Over the past month to 6 weeks quite a few people have passed due to overdose and it’s so very concerning. I wonder why that the potency is so random where people get use to it then people pass in large numbers. These people are very important to me and many others and it just hurts. I can say I’m tired of the drug but it’s not the drugs fault I can say I’m tired of the drug dealer but it’s not the dealers fault. Both the drug and the dealer have their role in this stuff don’t get me wrong I am not at all saying it is ok on either account. I am mostly tired of the mental obsession that comes with the addiction of the drug. That mental obsession that will want you to use and throw everything you own and believe into the barrel of a syringe. That obsession that will allow you to throw away all of your hopes and dreams, the sanity gone the love you once had for yourself and others fades away along with the spirit of who you and and were. If you know someone or have someone that struggles with what I am talking about needs someone to talk to or wants a way out please feel free to call me message me pull me aside anything. I will make time for you or them to guide them to a healthy life again. Life is too short to no allow yourself some grace to start over you can and will recover it just starts with a decision a desire to stop or make a change then the action to push over that first domino then the rest is history. Have you ever been to a place in life where you feel like giving up and the walls are caving in on you. It’s ok I’ve been there but I also know the way outta there and now live a life I could only dream about. Life has its struggles but you can recover from the lowest points of existence.
