We also use the counterstrain technique (counterstrain.com) to effectively reset the neuromuscular system. At Back & Neck Plus Physical Therapy Center, we use the David Spine Concept. For over 30 years, David System has been the leader in active spine therapy. The David System was brought to Arkansas in 2005, initially at UAMS as DBC (David Spine Concept). In 2013, DBC became Back & Neck Plus Physical Therapy Center with its new location being 11121 N. Rodney Parham, Suite 2A, Little Rock, Arkansas. At Back & Neck Plus, our treatment is customized to each individual's needs. David and EVE (eValuated Exercise) System, provides state-of-the-art monitoring and measuring capability. This gives our patients immediate feedback throughout their treatment.
