Ella - food service/clerk

Ella is a junior in high school and was hired at Cate’s just over a year ago to work on the food service side of things. She looks forward to getting her Pharmacy Technician license as soon as she turns 18 so she can move into pharmacy work as well. As you can see, Ella loves photography. She spends a lot of time behind the camera and is pursuing a photography internship this summer. She is very musical; she plays multiple instruments, sings, and uses these talents to serve in her church.
🍩Fun facts: Ella loves doing nail art and usually has very fun nails. Her favorite donut here is a chocolate cake with vanilla icing.

✨Meet the Staff✨

Emma - food service/clerk

Emma was hired just after Cate’s opened and has been a consistent part of the team for a year. She is a junior in high school so when she’s not in school, babysitting, or playing volleyball, you’ll see her here making donuts and keeping us all laughing. Emma plans to get her pharmacy technician license when she turns 18 and in the mean time she enjoys learning about pharmacy. In college, Emma plans to study interior design and is currently spending weekends touring schools to find the best fit.
🍩Fun facts: She loves roasting Daniel, loves mispronouncing drugs for fun, and her favorite donut here is the blueberry glazed.

These loaves made by Abigail Jedneak use freshly milled wheat berries, fresh ingredients, and no added preservatives.

When wheat is milled fresh, the whole grain stays intact. Nothing is stripped out. Nothing synthetic added back in later. You’re getting the natural fiber, protein, vitamin E, essential B vitamins, and trace minerals that are often lost in commercially processed flour.

Lightly sweetened with honey, this bread is soft but hearty enough for toast & sandwiches.

Kaira - Student Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician

Kaira graduated from UALR in 2025 with BA in chemistry and minor in mathematics and is currently a 1st year pharmacy student at UAMS. After graduation she would like to do a residency in pediatric or oncology pharmacy. Kaira has been part of the Cate’s team since opening day and is grateful to be gaining real life pharmacy experience while in school.
🍩Fun facts: Kaira has a Taco Bell tattoo and loves going on any vacation! Her favorite donut at Cate’s is vanilla with chocolate icing!
