Diced cucumber
Cubed miso tofu
Splash of tamari
Sambal Oelek chili paste
Crumbled

If you don’t like cold, tofu, you can definitely throw that in the microwave for a minute or two, or sauté to get it crispy. Try making a similar bowl with your favorite salad dressing, barbecue sauce, or Japanese Kewpie mayo.

Speaking of goals, I don’t always log foods/nutrition, but when I track it’s to make sure I’m getting plenty of fiber (more than 25 grams a day), plenty of water (more than 60 oz a day), and as many of as possible. is my preferred app for tracking if your looking for a tool to help you improve you intake.
