Macy Klein Eldredge is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Macy was first introduced to yoga in the Bikram style in 2007. Since then, her personal practice has expanded to many different yoga styles. Macy specializes in teaching Vinyasa but is qualified to teach Hatha, Yin, Power, Restorative, and Aerial yoga as well.
