Job Summary:

The Direct Support Professional provides the necessary support for an individual with a developmental disability to live in an independent situation (e.g. apartment, duplex, home) and or family environment. These services enable persons with developmental disabilities
to live, work and enjoy recreational opportunities in the community.

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum of 1 year relative, supervised work experience with a public health, human services, or other community service agency

- Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Our transitional houses are just about move-in ready! 🏠
We are absolutely thrilled with how they turned out can't wait for our new tenants to turn each house into a home. We hope these homes can offer a safe place for those who need it, while working toward long term stability. ❤️

Our AEDD in the Rock drama troupe had the BEST time creating a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork for our Curtain Call live auction! Special thanks to our amazingly talented volunteers, Karen and Kathy, for bringing their vision to life and making the process so much fun for our members! We can't wait to unveil this beauty at Curtain Call! 🎨🖌

Our team has been having a wonderful time and learning so much at the DDPA Arkansas - Developmental Disabilities Provider Association Spring Conference! Today, our CEO and Executive Director, Georganna Imhoff Huddleston, was recognized for her years of dedication to individuals with developmental disabilities and her invaluable contributions to DDPA. She served as a DDPA board member for 8 years and as DDPA board secretary for 4 years.
We are so thankful for Georganna and so proud of her accomplishments!
