🌿 How to Relax: A 3-Step Reset 🌿
Life can get overwhelming, but calming your body and mind doesn’t have to be complicated. Try this simple reset the next time you feel stressed:
✨ Step 1: Take Deep Breaths
Slowly inhale through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale through your mouth. Deep breathing tells your nervous system: It’s safe to relax.
✨ Step 2: Relax Your Muscles
Start at the top of your head and work your way down. Gently release the tension in your shoulders, unclench your jaw, loosen your hands, and soften your legs. Feel the heaviness drift away.
