π€·πΏββοΈ In California, is it about $ for Physicians? Because there's not less training, ESPECIALLY our Doctoral-Nurses. Currently, ANY health-related business must pay MD's money, & MOST never see them (excellent side $), this agreement regularly > $10,000. Ofcourse, these same businesses do NOT require the same for Nursing intelligence. Infact, most will have a "work-around" by employing individuals with less qualification only to cut-costs.
Healthcare will always need Physician's, but we have outgrown the seasons of oppressing the Nurse. Time to educate the public on what Nurse Practitioners are and include the many-layered restrictions Physician's have developed to keep their disposition.
Even with the Bill, advanced Nurses will have to jump through hoops NO other Physician ever will...BUT, these tactics consistently increase the superior-quality of the Nurses who successfully engage and champion being a Healthcare Provider. ππΏ
Besides as a business model the employ of the Nurse Practitioner more sense and our method of care delivery take a wellness-perspective of the client ... more than just prescribing medications.
