Coming September 21st! Our office is hosting an awesome one day workshop for parents of elementary age kiddos run by one of our amazing family therapists Joy Konkle. I highly recommend her classes!

❤️Loving all the first day of school photos!! This week we had a little one who was nervous for their very first day of school. Miss Amy shared her super awesome “hug button” trick! Little one gets a heart on their hand.. and mama gets a heart on their hand.. then when they are apart, if they are missing eachother, they can press their “hug button” to give a far away hug to their loved one until they see them again! This special little one decided they needed a hug button for EVERYONE in their family, pets included!! Hope all those first days went fantastic!! 🧡💛💚

New!!! This summer! we are hosting our first EMPOWER group!! This will be a positivity and self esteem group for middle school girls utilizing arts, crafts, yoga, music, mindfulness, and more! This fun group, affectionately nicknamed “Counseling Camp” will be held at our office in Littleton on Tuesdays starting June 4th from 4:00-5:30pm. We are limiting this group to 12 girls so email Amy to save your spot ASAP!

The Volcano is a great metaphor for children and adults alike!! Sometimes it seems we (or our kids) go from 1 to 5 in an instant, but if we learn to check in and notice our bodies, we can start using our tools at around a 3 so we don’t fully explode!

Calming tools and coping skills are great and a common reason people come to therapy.. but, they’re not going to work if you wait till you’re at a 5 to use them!! 🌋
