This week at DustOff Yoga and The River Room is filled with opportunities to move gently, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself — whether you’re brand-new or returning after time away. Our full weekly schedule offers a mix of grounding movement, restorative practices, and nervous-system support, and our new Discovery Pass makes it easier than ever to explore and see what feels right for you.

Among the week’s offerings, Sunday holds two especially meaningful experiences designed to help reset, clarify, and nourish from the inside out.

Sunday Morning Tea Ceremony — 11:00 AM
A quiet, nourishing ritual where slowing down becomes the practice. Sip warm tea, breathe, and settle into a calmer rhythm. This ceremony carries the same heart as our candlelight gatherings ~ simply held in the peaceful light of morning.

1:00 PM — Winter Reset + Vision Board Workshop (Program Kick-Off)
Sunday afternoon begins a unique reset experience blending creativity, gentle structure, and nervous-system-informed practices. We start with the Vision Board Workshop — a science-supported, introspective session that clarifies what truly matters without forcing goals or perfection. All materials are provided. From there, you choose your level of engagement: participate in the workshop only, continue into the 4-Week Foundations Yoga Series, or add supportive coaching layers for deeper accountability and care.

This offering is for anyone longing to slow down, listen inward, and tend to what matters beneath the surface. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal.

And for those who love our sound experiences: keep an eye on the calendar — our next Sound Bath, SOUND SLEEP, arrives on January 23 and is combined with blissful Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Swipe to see the full weekly schedule and River Room hours, save what speaks to you, and reach out if you’d like help choosing what might feel most supportive. We’re honored to practice alongside this community.

Happy New Year from your Resilience Guides at DustOff Yoga!

As we step into 2026, we’re deeply grateful for the ways you’ve helped nurture this sanctuary of healing, resilience, and connection along the Ammonoosuc River.
First and foremost — a heartfelt thank you to our long-time members and Supporters. Your steady commitment and generosity have made every scholarship, KULA pass, and free veteran program possible. We are endlessly grateful for you.

To honor our shared commitment to mental health, accessibility, and well-being for everyBODY, we’re introducing a few thoughtful updates starting January 1:

• All Unlimited Memberships now proudly include our monthly soundbaths ($35 value) and 90-minute restorative classes ~ deeper nervous-system support built in for every tier.
• New Supporting Tier Gift — One complimentary River Room session each month for those who generously pay it forward on our sliding scale.
• New Discovery Pass — $59 for 2 weeks unlimited yoga & 1 River Room session for local residents (Grafton/Coos County). One time use.
• New Community Pillars Appreciation Rate — A special $15 drop-in for local residents (Grafton/Coos County) seniors 65+, veterans/active-duty, first responders, teachers/faculty, and mental health workers with gratitude for the quiet strength you bring to northern NH.

📣 Class Cancellation — Hazardous Road Conditions

We’re making the decision now to cancel today’s 4:00 pm class due to icy roads and continued mixed precipitation. Even with slightly warmer temps, the pavement remains cold and icy patches are developing — especially on bridges, shaded areas, and the backroads many of our teachers and students travel. NH DOT is advising that travel may be slick and hazardous as the day goes on. We love commitment — just not the “I drove on glare ice to get to yoga” kind. Stay cozy so our roads crews and 1st responders can do their work without the additional calls for help.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! We look forward to welcoming you back when travel conditions improve!!

Through Tea, we receive a beautiful invitation to slow down. We learn to follow Nature’s movements as our own. It’s in listening, when winter arrives, that we can hear (and feel) the call to soften, rest deeply, and return to our inner hearth.

This Sunday morning, as we usher in winter on the Solstice, we gather for our tea practice — a quiet, unhurried way to mark the turning of the season. We sit together, drink slowly, and let the body and nervous system settle into winter’s rhythm.

As winter unfolds, we wish to support you and your practice — living in harmony with nature and savoring long, nourishing sessions with Tea.

SPECIAL: Holiday Tea Ceremony Pass
5 sessions for $99 (save $25)
A gentle invitation to return again and again through the winter months.

If this practice calls to you we encourage you to book early~ this gathering offers a small, intimate circle with limited seats.
You’re warmly invited to join us, we’d love to share tea with you!

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve experienced a series of unexpected challenges from weather-related closures, the ongoing loss of heat in the building, and a few unforeseen family emergency’s, all of which required some last-minute schedule adjustments. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the care you’ve shared during this time, it has been deeply appreciated.

Please take a moment and explore a few schedule shifts for the week ahead:

NEW: Monday Empowered Yoga Sculpt has shifted to 4pm, supporting safer winter travel for Jessica
Thursday classes are on pause until the 2026 (WOW! That’s just around the corner!)
SPECIAL Sunday evening Winter Solstice Candlelight Yin 🕯️a quieter, introspective evening practice honoring the turning of the season

Reminder: Sunday Morning Tea Ceremony continues as a gentle winter ritual — a place to arrive, warm, and listen more deeply. Winter Solstice would be the perfect time to experience this beautiful practice!

We can’t wait to share practice with you this week…

THE HEART OF DECEMBER IS HERE — AND YOUR BODY IS ASKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT

This is the week when the season begins to speed up, and when many of us feel ourselves quietly unraveling inside the rush.

At DustOff, we offer a different kind of December—one rooted in warmth, presence, and practices that help you come home to yourself. This week, we welcome you into offerings shaped by quiet, warmth, and the rhythm of winter:

MONDAY — Holiday Respite Yoga Nidra | 5:30pm
A soft holiday glow—a warm, candlelit cocoon where you can soften, unwind, and return to the quiet beneath it all. Gentle movement prepares the body; guided Nidra settles you into deep seasonal rest.

WEDNESDAY — Quiet CommUNITY Hours | 11–1pm
A weekly gift to our community—an open sanctuary to explore meditation, gentle stretching, reflective writing, or simply healing quiet. No instruction. No pressure. Just warmth, breath, and choice.

WEDNESDAY — Yuletide Yin | 5:30pm
A candlelit seasonal journey blending Yin and Restorative Yoga with soft classical holiday music. Slow postures melt tension; restorative shapes and guided meditation offer deep, renewing calm—a festive pause in the middle of your week.

FRIDAY — Candlelight Tea Ceremony | 5:30pm
A luminous evening held entirely in candlelight. Bowl by bowl, this ceremony invites a slower rhythm—a quiet ritual of presence, warmth, and inner steadiness as the weekend begins.

SATURDAY — Holiday Grief Ceremony | 3:30pm
A compassionate ritual space to honor the holy ground of our sorrows. Through shared ritual, somatic practices, writing, and the steady medicine drum, you’ll be invited to tend what you carry with care and at your own pace.

December can pull us in many directions. These special holiday inspired offerings fill quickly, so if one is calling to you, consider reserving your space early.

On snowy days, we try our best to stick as close as we can to our regular schedule while keeping it safe for staff and guests to get to the studio. Any class cancellations will be posted on our online schedule at least 2 hours before class. Out of abundance of caution (and a very slick drive this morning) we are canceling all afternoon/evening classes. Bundle up and head outside for some fresh air and walking meditation, build a snowman or play in the snow, but stay off the roads until this storm passes! Sending you all warm thoughts and lots of love🐾❄️

Tea is an act complete in its simplicity. When I drink tea, there is only me and the tea. The rest of the world dissolves. There are no worries about the future. No dwelling on past mistakes. Tea is simple: loose-leaf tea, hot pure water, a cup. I inhale the scent, tiny delicate pieces of the tea floating above the cup. I drink the tea, the essence of the leaves becoming a part of me. I am informed by the tea, changed. This is the act of life, in one pure moment, and in this act the truth of the world suddenly becomes revealed: all the complexity, pain, drama of life is a pretense, invented in our minds for no good purpose. There is only the tea, and me, converging.

🍃 Thich Nhat Hanh

Sunday morning Tea Ceremony offers a late-morning pause — a small, steady space to reconnect with yourself. We’ll move through tea in quiet ritual, letting simplicity guide the way back to presence.

Sunday morning at 11 am. It’s a lovely practice to nourish yourself.

Small Business Saturday is a beautiful reminder that when we shop locally, we support not just a business — we strengthen an entire community.

We’d love to welcome you in between 10–2pm to browse a thoughtful mix of gifts for all ages — not only yoga mats and props, but sensory supports, cozy comforts, grounding tools, and wellness items chosen to support everyday well-being. Everything on our shelves is chosen with purpose — items made to support daily living in simple, meaningful ways. For the season, we’ve created intentional practice offerings in the River Room and for Tea Ceremony, and we’re introducing a 3-Class Holiday Gift Pass for $55 — meaningful invitations to give presence, restoration, and care that endures well beyond the holidays.

Every purchase helps sustain our free community programs and supports our mission of accessible mental-health and trauma-informed wellness here in the North Country. When you shop with us, you help us reinvest directly into the place we all call home!

We hope you’ll stop in, take a look around, and find something that feels thoughtful and just right — for someone you love, or for yourself.

As the holidays approach, many of us find old feelings, memories, or grief rising a little closer to the surface. If this season feels tender for you, we invite you to our first Grief Ceremony with Elen.

This offering creates a warm, compassionate space to tend what lives within you. Through gentle teachings on grief, the steady pulse of medicine drum, plant-infused tea, time at a grief altar, somatic movement, and quiet writing, you’ll be supported in meeting your grief with care — without pressure to change your experience. Held in the studio sanctuary, with the quiet sound of the river nearby, this ceremony offers a steady place to feel supported and not alone.

Saturday, December 13 • 3:30–6:00pm
$35 • Scholarship support available

**This gathering is intentionally limited to 12 participants so the space can remain intimate, supportive, and gently held for everyone who attends.
