In the United States, the su***de rate among males is 4 times higher than that of females. Male deaths represent 79% of su***des, amounting to roughly 100 men dying by su***de every day, over 36,000 annually

In recognition of Men's Mental Health Month, we're going to add some early morning men's workouts for free. The goal is to create a place where a man can push himself, gaining strength physically and mentally.

These will be around 5:30a, twice a week to start. Once we gauge interest, we'll add more info.

Gym’s House is going to run at the Spartan this summer! Who’s going to join us? 💪🏼
We’ll be running the super which is 10k + obstacles. If we can get at least 8 people to commit, tickets will be 20% off at $112 each.

Leading up to the event, we will have training sessions at the gym so that everyone will be prepared. We will finish as a team! Please comment, message, or text to reserve your spot on our team. (303) 578-0798
