One day while teaching a chair yoga class, something gently clicked in my heart—I realized how meaningful it would be to share this practice with my parents. And even more than teaching, what truly matters is simply being with them.

That moment led me to book a ticket to Thailand 🇹🇭

Honestly… my dad might be my most challenging student 😆

Always talking, always critiquing—no quiet moments at all. But he’s my dad.

So I’m learning to let it be, soften my expectations, and just enjoy the time together.

Maybe this is my real practice—patience, compassion, and love… on and off the mat 💛

We’ll move through a Full Moon Salutation standing sequence, then melt into restorative poses, gentle breathwork, and a guided meditation designed to support the parasympathetic nervous system and emotional balance.

Thursday, October 16, 2025 – Estes Park, CO 🍂

We started the day with a gorgeous morning drive from Littleton, coffee ☕️ in hand, and some yummy Asian buns.

The fall colors along the way were absolutely stunning — golden aspens and cottonwoods glowing in the sunshine 🍁, contrasting beautifully with some red maples and green pines 🌲.

The dogs got to stretch their legs at the dog park since they’re not allowed in the State or National Parks. Then we enjoyed a lovely walk around town with the dogs on leash.

I just love the Riverwalk — peaceful and calm with the sound of flowing water and the crisp mountain air. The colorful leaves and charming shops along the path made it perfect for some fun window shopping.

We left around noon to meet up with Emily for lunch in Longmont. 🍜

🎂 It’s my birthday today!

Feeling grateful as I look back on the years that have shaped who I am today. ❤️

✨ My Sirimaskasem family — my parents and siblings — thank you for creating me, teaching me, and always supporting me. Even though we live far apart, our chats, calls, and big family video calls keep us close. 🙏

💞 My husband, Glenn, and our children Ryan & Emily — you’ve helped me grow as a wife and mom. I couldn’t ask for a better team. 💕

🌸 My friends — who are more like family — thank you for being there for walks, talks, meals, coffee, or wine. You fill my life with joy and laughter.

💼 My colleagues and mentors — thank you for helping me grow and sharpen my skills over the years. I’ve learned so much from each of you.

🧘‍♀️ Community Yoga in the Park with Gii
🗓 Wednesdays | 6:00 – 7:00 PM
This all-levels class features yoga poses with modifications available for everybody. We'll also explore gentle breathwork and meditations to help you feel grounded and calm.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, water, props (blocks, straps, etc.), and layers

Location: Columbine Hills Park – North of the baseball fields, by the creek, under the big trees.

Parking: NE corner of S Kendall Blvd & W Elmhurst Ave

Weather Note: In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled. Check the TravelingYoGii.com website for updates.
