Did you know that stretching can help someone on his/her weight loss journey? Join us for an 8-week dive into how stretching can support weight loss! First up: stretching actually burns calories! Stretching causes the muscles to engage and contract, which creates a metabolic response (those are fancy words meaning they cause calories to burn!)
