We’re excited to announce that our massage therapy and sports recovery clinic of 6 years is expanding into a brand-new custom-built space at the Coal Mine Center in Littleton, CO, right off 470! The address is 5935 S Zang St Unit 6 Littleton, CO 80127. We’re offering a 124 sq ft private treatment room available for rent, plus shared spaces, starting mid September or October 1, 2025.

Room Details: Size: 14.3 ft x 8.7 ft (approx. 124 sq ft)
8.7 ft ceilings with dimmable lighting
Small sink in the room is included
Comes unfurnished (bring your own equipment & furniture)
Use of lobby as guest waiting area
Use of break room with refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, etc.
All utilities included
Ample parking space for clients
Negotiable access to our infrared sauna for your clients

Prime location in Coal Mine Center, with numerous nearby restaurants

There is a 2nd smaller office available as an add-on, if more space is desired
You will have a key and 24/7 access.

Our clinic operates Monday 12pm-8:30pm Tue-Fri 8:30am-8:30pm Fri 9:30am-5pm

$795/month + 1 month security deposit

This space is ideal for acupuncturists, dry needling professionals, nurse practitioners, estheticians, counselors, wellness coaches, nutritionists, or other health and wellness professionals seeking a professional environment. No massage therapists, physical therapists, or chiropractors, please.

A video tour of the space under construction is available upon request. The owner is happy to meet you on site to discuss final plans for your new space!
