e3 New England Sales and Service was established as the direct factory representative for Grason-Stadler (GSI) products in New England in the 1980s. Originally, we were located in the same building where GSI manufactured its products in Littleton, Massachusetts. When space became an issue in the late 1980s, we acquired our own office at 531 King Street. Although we were a part of GSI, we operated

as an independent sales and service office for the New England states. With many years of experience in supplying, repairing, and calibrating audiology equipment, e3 New England Sales and Service offers its customers incomparable customer service and support. Our goal is to ensure, by the quality of the manufacturers that we represent, that our customers are getting the latest technology in audiological diagnostic and screening equipment. Our long-term clients value the knowledge and attention to detail that we have offered from the beginning, and continue to offer today. Our National Association of Special Equipment Distributor (NASED) Certified Field Service Specialists have a combined 85+ years of field experience.
