It all started with a vision — a space where community could grow, where my 1:1 clients felt safe, seen, heard, and deeply loved… and where other practitioners could come together to support the collective. 🌿

✨ Release Bodywork + Healing was created as that sanctuary — a home for healing, embodiment, and connection.

✨ Inside it lives The Embodied Alchemy Collective, a tribe of women gathering to grow, evolve, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

Here, we honor every woman’s journey — through bodywork, energy healing, and community. This space was built from the heart to remind you that you belong, just as you are. 💛

I have the most exciting news to share with you, sisterhood—Release Bodywork + Healing is officially opening our brand-new wellness center in Downtown Littleton, and YOU are invited to our Grand Opening on Saturday, October 18th! 🎉

This space has been a vision on my heart for so long—a place for women to gather, connect, stretch, heal, and grow together. And now…it’s finally here. 💫
