We are grateful for our partnership with Englewood Parks and Recreation in Englewood, Colorado. This partnership has enabled us to bring fun and educational classes to the aging community.

This morning we had a fun class about Nutrition for Aging Gracefully. One essential conversation we had was about supplements and medication. It is crucial, regardless of your age, that you work closely with your pharmacist and Doctor to ensure that any other supplements you take do not have adverse effects.

At Roadmap for Aging, we help people understand the four pillars of aging. Your health and wellness, financial, legal, and health insurance.

Today, we are in Roxborough, discussing the implementation of a community program with two of our agent partners in the area. Colorado is a gorgeous and diverse state. Just like this beautiful park, if we take time to care for ourselves, our resources, and have a strategic plan, our aging journey can be just as beautiful.
