We’re not meant to ignore or push down our emotions.
They show up for a reason. But we do get to choose how long we stay in that space..whether it’s frustration, sadness, joy, or gratitude. That part is in our control.

Vicki also reminded us of something powerful:
If 80% of the time we believe something positive is going to happen, we’ll be right 80% of the time.

Our mindset doesn’t just influence our day… it shapes how we experience our entire life.

When we live in a constant state of stress, our bodies take note. 😔💭

During this month’s Wellness Wednesday, shared how living on the “negative side” of emotion triggers the release of cortisol.. the stress hormone.
When we stay there too long, our body keeps producing it, making it harder to feel calm, think clearly, and heal.

The good news? We also have the power to shift.
Practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and gratitude help increase DHEA, a hormone that supports balance, repair, and resilience.

Feliz Día de los Mu***os 💀🕯️
At LiveFit, we celebrate culture, community, and connection and today, we honor Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead), a Mexican tradition that reminds us love never dies.

✨ This is not “Mexican Halloween.”
It’s a sacred time to honor and remember loved ones who have passed, welcoming their spirits back with joy, music, and color. Families build ofrendas (altars) with candles, marigolds, food, and photos.. a symbol of love that bridges generations.

💐 It’s about remembrance, not fear. Celebration, not mourning.
Through reflection and storytelling, we keep our ancestors alive in our hearts and our culture.

Let’s take a moment today to remember those who came before us.. their strength, their love, and the paths they opened for us. 🕊️
