We’re excited to kick off our next community learning night with The Joy of Running: Back to the Basics.
Whether you’re brand new to running, thinking about doing a 5K, or simply curious about how to run more comfortably, this workshop will break down the fundamentals in a simple and approachable way.
Join us as Jess Dube, Run Coach & Endurance Specialist, shares tips on running mechanics, beginner training basics, recovery, and how to rediscover joy in movement.
