I recently led a wellness session on radical self-love and how it’s not selfish, but sacred. ✨
After my cancer diagnosis in 2022, everything shifted. I discovered a profound truth: Radical self-love isn’t ego. It isn’t indulgence. It’s a sacred, unwavering devotion to honor body, mind, heart, and spirit—daily, as if my life depended on it. Because it did. And still does.
🌿 I treated myself as divine. I listened deeply. I rested unapologetically. I nourished with intention. I forgave, I danced, I wept, I loved. And through it all—I healed.
💡I asked myself: If I were sacred, how would I live? That question became my compass. It led me toward conscious wellbeing, away from what harms, and closer to what serves.
A quiet revolution: reverence for self as a path to wholeness.🌀
To anyone who needs to hear it:
You are not a problem to solve.
You are a sacred being to cherish.
It’s ok to love yourself, radically.
The world is better when you are well.💛
