✨ IPL vs. Laser — What’s the Difference? ✨

Many have asked what the difference is between IPL and Laser, so we wanted to explain the difference and our reason for only offering Laser.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses broad-spectrum light and often requires ongoing maintenance treatments. While it can improve pigment and reduce hair, results are typically not permanent.

Laser treatments use a focused, medical-grade wavelength that targets hair follicles and pigment more precisely, delivering long-lasting to permanent results with fewer sessions.

At Mountain Medical Spa & Laser Center, we only offer laser treatments for both hair removal and sunspot removal because we believe in providing the most effective technology for true, lasting results.

We take pride in offering laser treatments that are exclusively performed by a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to ensure the highest level of safety, expertise, and results.

The past two years have not been easy for the Chace family, with the loss of Joanna’s father and stepfather.
