Fresh skin, better energy...
Let’s talk microneedling and NAD+.
Hi friends! As the long summer days start to fade, this is the sweet spot for treatments that do best with less sun. Let’s talk microneedling, then a quick primer on NAD so you know what's helping everyone feel so good!
Microneedling season is here!
Sun and needles do not mix. That is why late summer, into fall and winter are prime times for your microneedling treatments. Less UV, fewer beach days, more protected skin!
What microneedling helps with: better texture and tone, fine lines, pores that look smaller, and an overall “my skin looks healthy” glow.
How to plan it: a series of three sessions, about four to six weeks apart. Expect 24 hours of a “sunburn-ish” feel. The next day, you have a nice sun-kissed glow!
A few simple do’s:
* Pause retinoids and acids for a few days before, then one week after
* SPF every morning, avoid heavy sun for a week or two
* Keep it gentle for 48 hours, then back to your routine
