Please join us in welcoming to the PTOR Dr. Katie Booth! She is a Physical Therapist who will be treating patients at our Littleton clinic location.

Katie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Virginia. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, she studied Exercises Science with a minor in Psychology and Biology from Shippensburg University. She was also a 4 year collegiate athlete competing on the track, cross country and cycling team. As a Physical Therapist, she is passionate about rehabing patient to reach their most optimal function and maximizing their mobility to improve their overall quality of life so they can reach their personal goals. Her favorite patient population are amputee patients and loves treating fall risks prevention and improving gait mechanics in runners.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Lauren Tarnawski to the team!!! We are excited to have her!!!

Lauren is a Colorado native who received her Bachelor degree in exercise science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. During her physical therapy schooling, Lauren became LSVT Big certified and found her love for treating vestibular/ balance disorders and a variety of orthopedic conditions.

She is committed to delivering patient centered care to return patients to the activities they enjoy. Lauren enjoys being outside- hiking, playing volleyball, walking her dog. When she’s not outside there’s a good chance she’s experimenting in the kitchen. Lauren is excited to grow in her physical therapy journey as part of the PT of the Rockies team!

Please welcome our newest provider to the team! We are excited to have Dr. Ryan Fall in the clinic! You may recognize him, he was a former physical therapy student on clinical rotation with us last year.

Ryan graduated from the University of Iowa in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Physiology, specializing in Exercise Science. Before pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, he worked as a personal trainer, further developing his expertise in exercise and movement science.

A proud Iowan, Ryan grew up in Bettendorf, where he was actively involved in a variety of sports, with a particular focus on football and basketball. His personal experiences with sports-related injuries and rehabilitation sparked his passion for physical therapy, inspiring him to help others recover and excel beyond their previous levels of function.

Ryan is dedicated to making a positive impact on his patients’ lives, striving to help each individual achieve their goals and return to their favorite activities stronger than before. Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys staying active through working out, playing golf and frisbee golf, volleyball, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors in Colorado with his wife, Taylor.
