Are you content? When you wake up each morning are you confident that it’s going to be a happy day? No matter what is going on in your life right now, be the happiest and best you in the situation. There are so many positive people out there that you can follow and learn from. Make sure they’re in the ones that are on the top of your list. A month ago at a doTerra convention, I met Billy Blanks the creator of tae bo. Someone asked him How he picks himself up from a bad day. His reply was that he doesn’t have a bad day, if he wakes up in the morning he’s already won. Make it a great day.

Everyone knows I use doTerra essential oils for my health care in my home, it gives me more control of my health and that of my family. If you are serious about changing and upgrading your health care, YOU have to take the steps to incorporate them into your life and your family. I am not here to convince you use oils, only you have control of what you want to put on and in your body. I know they work, because I studied the science behind them, to try them and to educate myself about the benefits. I am amazed every day how much they help my family and I. Using natural products and avoiding synthetic medicines with side effects, no brainer. I hope you all have a great day.

For the last couple of days we have had some stressful days. As I have been walking on the path I love to be on, I caught myself being very aware of the people around me, as they were still searching for our threat. What I experienced was everyone smiled more and were warmer, we were all trying to show all the good that is out there. This is the time to shine! Lets share some love!

A good friend and one of my team sent me a text. Tonight. She said I could share.
From Abigail:
My Mom was having intense kidney stone pain for a couple hours - Bent over in pain. I looked up what oils to use. Rolled peppermint on her back. Pain was gone in 3 minutes. 6 stones passed within 20 minutes from applying peppermint oil. Omg!!
Pretty cool!

So....we, as in Robin Fraser and I have gone in together to start a South Denver Supper Sunday Team building/classes. Starting in February 17th. Which is the 3rd Sunday of each month. It will be held at my Dar's Essentials office in South Littleton, until we get too large. If anyone has ever gone to the Super Saturdays in the Springs, this will be set up the same way. Robin works with the team in the Springs with the Super Saturdays, so she will be a great asset to our Super Sundays. We are looking for anyone in doTerra that is looking to grow their business. This is a good opportunity to bring new customers and anyone interested in doTerra products or the business.

As I’m moving in my business as a wellness advocate for DoTerra, I am getting my office set up for events and classes. This is a happy place for you to come and learn a better way of health care with no side effects, that is cheaper than traditional health care, and more effective. It’s a place build relationships, to have fun and have support in anything your going through.

Look for upcoming events such as New Year, New You. We’ll talk of oils that can help with our weight and cravings. Plus help detox all the sugars for the holidays. There will also be a makeup artist that will show us women how to apply our make up professionally. Look for details coming soon.

I really appreciate the nurses at St. Joseph’s hospital. They are very patient and pleasant to be around. As my father in law is healing from surgery. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could add Frankincense to his IV.

I had my teeth cleaned today, and I am so excited. This is a big deal for me. This is my first cleaning EVER that I was told my gums looked great and I’m doing good on my teeth. They hardly had to clean at all. I’m talking ever. I was always told that I would need graphing if my gums didn’t get better. So cool! It’s the On Guard tooth paste! 😆
