Wondering what to expect after breast augmentation? Swelling and tightness are completely normal in the first few weeks—your results will continue to soften and settle beautifully over the next 3-6 months. Trust the process. The best version of your results are coming.🤍

When it comes to implant sizing, I always tell my patients: it’s not about a number, it’s about YOU. Implants come in cc’s—more cc’s, more volume—but your chest width and frame are what help us find your perfect fit. The goal is always results that feel as natural as they look.

Curious where to start? Give us a call. We’d love to meet you. 🤍

Can I be honest about cup sizes? They’re inconsistent, misleading, and don’t reflect how you’ll actually look. 🤍

A C cup in one bra brand is a D in another. Cup sizes are a retail invention — not a surgical measurement. The same implant looks completely different on two different bodies.

In your consultation we won’t ask what cup size you want. We’ll measure your chest base width, assess your tissue and frame, look at photos you love, and use sizers so you can feel the difference firsthand.

We’re not building a bra size. We’re building a result that looks and feels right on YOUR body. 🌿

Curious what that looks like for you? Let’s find out together—Colorado plastic surgery.com | (303) 783-1000

Silicone or saline? It’s one of the first questions I get — and my answer is always the same: this is your decision. 🤍

Both are FDA-approved. Both are excellent options. And both have been used safely for decades. What makes one right over the other comes down to your goals, your body, and what feels right for you.

Here’s a simple way to think about it:

Silicone implants are pre-filled with a cohesive gel that closely mimics the feel of natural breast tissue.

Saline implants are filled with sterile saltwater after placement, which allows for a smaller incision and easy size adjustability.

Neither is better. They’re just different — and the right choice depends on what matters most to you.

That’s exactly what our consultation is for. We’ll walk through your options together, answer every question you have, and make sure you feel completely confident before we ever move forward.

Because at the end of the day, this is your body and your journey. Our job is to make sure you have everything you need to make the decision that’s right for you. 🌿

Ready to start the conversation? Give us a call today.

I put together this video to walk you through what you need to know before your consultation—implant options, sizing, what questions to ask, and what the process actually looks like from start to finish.

Our goal is simple: we want you walking into your appointment informed, empowered, and excited —not anxious or unsure.

Your journey is personal. Let’s make sure it starts on the right foot.

Save this, share with a friend who’s been curious, and DM us when you’re ready to take the next step.

The best consultations start with the questions you were afraid to ask. We’re here, we’re listening, and nothing is off the table. What’s on your mind?

Your surgical results depend on more than the procedure itself — they depend on how your body responds, heals, and recovers.

Our CPSC nurses, Bri and Quinn, explain why we ask patients to pause both ni****ne and cannabis before surgery: circulation, oxygenation, anesthesia response, and overall tissue health.

Ni****ne (ci******es, v**e, Zyn)
• Constricts blood vessels
• Reduces oxygen flow
• Delays healing
• Can lead to tissue damage or death

Cannabis (smoked or edible)
• Alters heart rate & blood pressure
• Affects your airway during anesthesia
• Increases anesthesia needs for regular users
• Makes it harder to keep vital signs stable

This isn’t about judgment — it’s about protecting your results and keeping you safe.
We’re here to partner with you every step of the way so your surgery, and your recovery, are set up for success.
