I love giving people hope, validation, education, and a plan of direction to reverse what is causing their symptoms. By taking time to listen and understand someone, the underlying causes of their symptoms are brought to awareness. I further look at laboratory testing and in-person exam findings to bring the picture of what is going on and why into a more clear view. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I use supportive, adjunctive and palliative care to help patients with a wide variety of conditions and symptoms. I have learned from my patients that people think their pain and suffering are "normal" because their symptoms are so common ("I have 2 bowel movements/week, but that's my normal"). Health and Function is what is normal and I want people to learn effective tools to shift their body into a healing state, and be able to use those tools for the rest of their lives. Our bodies have great capacity to heal, and it's quite magical what happens when we help the body get rid of its burdens, and nourish it with what it needs.
