Join us this Saturday for a special community lesson open to the community!
Together, we’ll explore different types of Qigong (energy and breathwork practices) and discover how they can support emotional balance, reduce stress, and improve overall health.

This session is designed for all ages, levels, and abilities—no prior experience required.

We’re honored to welcome Master Megan Cullerton, visiting from the Boston area. With over 35 years of teaching experience, she will share her deep knowledge and guidance, making this a truly unique and inspiring opportunity you won’t want to miss.

Location: Human Harmonies Center (located inside the Body Mind Systems Center which is next door to the Pizza Hut and Crepe restaurant)

Parking Note: If the upper lot is full, additional parking is available in the lower lot. Stairs along W. Bowles Ave will bring you up to our location.

Join us this Saturday July 26th for our complimentary Open House from 9am-10am!
Start your weekend off with live demonstrations of our practice and meet our students and instructors while you enjoy morning refreshments and snacks.
You will also be able to try out some movements!

No need to register, just arrive a little before 9am. If there are no parking spaces then there is a secondary large parking lot behind the building with stairs leading up to the upper lot along Bowles Ave.

Hello Human Harmonies Colorado Community,

For the weeks of July 9 - August 15 we are offering 8 AM classes on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Current students (Full Body and Body Awakening Unlimited) are welcome to as many classes as you wish. The regular Tuesday, Thursday 7 pm and Saturday 9 am are still in progress.

Summer is a good time to start boosting the immune system and keep the body strong. This helps to fight out unwelcome viruses during the fall and winter. Our classes help to strengthen the tendons, ligaments and build muscle. All work to support joints and minimize injury with other activities. Our students also find stress relief and peace with the deep breathing and meditative practices which have been shown to enhance cardiac health.

First 8 am class is tomorrow July 9.

Hello Human Harmonies Colorado Community,

Mark your calendars for our first class in 2024 on Saturday, January 20 at 9 am.

Classes start with a mild warm up to wake up your body. Followed by Tai Chi and QiGong stretches/movements for the main class. We end with a meditation to help calm your nervous system and strengthen attention. Adjustments as needed based on your personal range of motion and current abilities. With practice, range of motion, strength and stamina can increase.

Ongoing, until further notice, classes will be regularly scheduled for the below times.

-Tuesday, Thursday at 7 pm
-Saturday at 9 am

Class prices are $125/month, you are welcome to attend as many classes as you want to enhance your practice!
