It’s here! Our free introductory training program! We know going to the gym can be daunting or even confusing sometimes. Where do you start? How should you structure your workouts? Trust me, we’ve all been there.

This month we want to give all of our members the opportunity to start somewhere, and to venture into the gym with a plan. This program is easily adjustable based on wherever you are in your fitness journey.

Yes you’ve heard this before, but nutrition really is the key to reaching your fitness goals. This month, we are giving everyone a free introductory training program. But to go a step further than that, we want to challenge all of our members to really focus on nutrition in the form of whole foods this month. Whole foods are the backbone of a healthy diet.

So let’s see if you can limit your intake of processed food to once a day this month. Feel free to share your progress, meals and experiences with us too!

Let’s talk meal prep!!

Set yourself up to succeed by being prepared!

Ever heard that clicheè saying
‘Fail to plan, and plan to fail’?

Well, it’s a cliche for a reason. So much truth to it!!

It does not need to be fancy!
Keep it simple. And choose items you enjoy!!

Here is how I do it 🥰

1) I always have 2 cooked proteins cooked and ready to grab. My personal favorites (as seen in pics) is chicken and ground beef.
switch up your cooking methods and spices to keep it from becoming too boring.

2) have some carb choices ready to rock.
My favorites; Rice and sweet potato. 😋
I also allow myself one serving of bread a day. That is my absolute favorite.
Remember, carbs are not the enemy!


3) don’t forget to add some color to your plate. I love roasting some mixed veggies and always have a big salad to grab a handful to add to any meal.

With my protein, carbs and veggies ready to rock, I can mix and match with each meal depending on what I feel like having. Now just add some healthy fats (like avocados and olive oil, or butter when you cook) and you are golden. 😇🥳

✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: PARKER ✨

Parker has been part of our community for 7 years, and for the last 5 years he’s shown incredible commitment—training 6 days a week and bringing his best every time he walks through our doors.

When he first started, his goal was simple: prove people wrong. As someone who always felt like the smallest in the room, he wanted to push himself and see what he was capable of. But over time, something shifted. Parker fell in love with the sport, the lifestyle, and the process. Fitness became less about proving others wrong and more about building a healthy, strong version of himself.

In the future, he hopes to take everything he’s learned and train athletes, helping them on their own journeys.

His biggest takeaway after years of hard work?
Results don’t come overnight. Trust the process. Stay consistent. That’s where the magic happens.

Parker is the definition of a positive presence—always friendly, always helpful, and always ready to offer advice or lend a hand to anyone who needs it. He’s truly someone who brightens the room, and we’re so grateful to have him as part of the LITTLETON Fitness family.

Staying consistent over the holidays doesn’t mean giving up the good stuff — it just means keeping the basics in place.

You don’t need to be a pro athlete to enjoy an active, vibrant life.
But you do need strength. And mobility.
Staying strong isn’t about competition or what your body looks like — it’s about making everyday movement feel easier. From climbing stairs, to carrying groceries, to enjoying long walks or weekend adventures without feeling held back.

The gym isn’t always about chasing extremes.
It’s about building a body that lets you live fully, move confidently, and say “yes” to more life.
Start where you are.
Start slow.
Just start.
Your future self — and your family — will thank you. 💪✨

Happy Saturday!
Ever wonder what supplements do and if you should be using any?

Well, today is a good day to stop by and learn about what we have to offer, and how you may benefit from them.

Whole food always comes first and is always the foundation to good health! Supplements do not ever replace a good diet!!

However, supplements are fantastic to fill some wholes or help fine tune things, as long as you have a solid foundation of good nutrition
